Course Description:

This program of studies provides the necessary training to achieve the necessary knowledge and competencies at management in food and beverage or a room’s division department within a hotel organization.

Key Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, the student will be able to

  • Manage a hotel
  • Be responsible for an operational section within a hotel is within the food and beverage department or rooms division department
  • Carry out contemporary systems and theories related to the administrative and operational areas in rooms division or food and beverage operations
  • Comply and exhibit sound ethical behavior on the workplace, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Deal with several key operational issues that might occur within a hotel or a catering organization
  • Deliver economic, efficient, effective and environmentally friendly operational performance

The above fees cover: 

1. Application fee ( paid once)

2. Registration fee ( paid once)

3. Tuition ( paid every semester)

4. Development fee ( paid every academic  year)

5. Functional fee ( paid every semester)

6. Student Card ( paid once and once its lost the student pays for the new one)

7. Internship.

8. First Aid Training ( paid once in the 2nd or 3rd Semester)

NB. Hostel fees, Corporate uniforms, meals, transport, study class fees, and any other fee is NOT included in the above fee structure. These shall be communicated during the semesters and in the circular.
